Designing the electronics is only the start. You need to be able to produce them in sufficient quantity for your customers. We have decades of experience manufacturing quality systems for all our customers.
PCB Assembly
We have facilities for the manufacture of PCBs using both surface mount and conventional (through-hole) components. Using a combination of automated systems and experienced assembly engineers, we give you quality electronic boards no matter what the quantity.
Surface Mount Assembly
Surface mount components have become more and more common in even the most simple electronic systems. Over recent years we have been increasing our SMT assembly capabilities. We now have two surface mount assembly lines for both small and large quantities.
Through hole Assembly
Even in a time when surface mount components are the norm in electronic manufacturing, conventional (through-hole) components still have their place. We have a conventional component assembly line which includes a Cropmatic machine and Wave solder machine to aid us in the task.
Cable Assembly Service
PCBs are only one part of electronic control systems. Those boards then have to connect up with an array of parts including motors, sensors and solenoids. To this end we can provide a cable assembly service to produce whatever you need for your system.
RoHS compliant
Our production lines are RoHS compliant. All our sourced components are lead-free along with the solder we use.
Inspection and Test
For added piece of mind, test all our electronics to ensure that every one of our boards is fully functional before it leaves our building.
UK assembly
We do not use subcontractors for any of our assembly. All our electronics are manufactured in the UK by us.
For everyone
Our assembly services are not just available for our own designs. If you have an existing circuit or cable loom that you need assembling, why not give us a call for a quote.
Next Steps
Need more than electronic assembly? We have helped our customers with various forms mechanical assembly as well.
